Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is SIA “ELEVATE LATVIA”, Reg. No. 50203553761, Priedaines iela 19, Piņķi, Babītes pag., Mārupes nov., LV-2107. Contact: info@elevate.lv, +371 27007888.

What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. The quote form does not send or store anything on the website. It only opens your own email app with your answers filled in, and you decide whether to send the email.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address when you open the website, to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

When you contact us

If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send: for example your name, phone number, email address, address of the building and details about the roof. We use this only to answer you and prepare a quote, which is a step at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). If you become a customer, we keep the data needed for the contract and for accounting as required by Latvian law (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).

WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited. If you choose to contact us there, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only for as long as we need it to answer you and prepare a quote. If the enquiry does not lead to a contract, we delete it once it is no longer needed. Contract and accounting records are kept for as long as Latvian law requires.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. It is shared only with service providers we need to run our business, such as email and hosting providers, and with authorities when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@elevate.lv. You can also complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija), www.dvi.gov.lv.
